Screen printing is one of the printing processes frequently used by Jute Bag. Its principle is to make a screen template of the pattern, and then use a rubber scraper to press the ink through the pattern area of the screen onto the jute fabric. Because this method is relatively simple and efficient, it is very suitable for mass production and has been recognized and widely used in the industry.

Screen printing can achieve multi-color design by using different screens for registration. Although there is no strict limit on the number of colors in theory, the more colors, the more complicated the setup cost and registration. Therefore, it is generally used for 1-4 color designs, and of course multiple colors can also be achieved. In terms of accuracy on rough surfaces such as jute, screen printing performs well in solid color blocks and thicker lines. However, for fine lines and complex gradient transitions, it may be limited by the jute texture, and the final effect may not be as delicate as smooth materials.

The pattern of this printing process has strong adhesion, washability and wear resistance, even if people use Jute Bag repeatedly, it can still maintain its original bright and beautiful color. Therefore, screen printing is an excellent choice for printing durable design elements such as brand logos and mascots.
